Who are the Anguille (in English: eels)? It’s us, Dafne and Alma! Florentines by origin, former high school classmates who met again here in Berlin: Alma is an Erasmus student at Freie University, Dafne is attending her master’s degree at HU.
Although eels have been studied for centuries, they remain mysterious animals, and perhaps this is why we like them. Common eels have only one place of origin (the Sargasso Sea) and then migrate to the fresh and brackish waters of Europe, America and Africa. So, like eels, we want to travel from place to place and arrive everywhere, always starting from the same point: the zero point.
Together, we will try to understand the dynamics that drive global geopolitics, aiming to recapitulate intricate historical and political intrigues, if not even retracing the stages of the various issues we will face from the very beginning. All topped off with good music, of course!
Too ambitious? Probably..
