For this month’s show Stipej Johnson leaves the controls to Kvittkvitt, Belgian selector from Bruxelles, who says about the mix:
“Have you left the stove on while cooking?” – My friend Štipei Johnson was blown away when he first discovered the song in which this vocal appeared. It was a late night vinyl discovery session at my place in Brussels, somewhere in October. I decided to use this song as a starting point for my guest mix on his monthly Rispel Raspel show. Whenever I play the songs that are featured in this mix, it feels like my friend is very close to me, even though he is currently gardening and making tiny houses on the countryside in France.”
