Noise Delivery brings to RBL two performers of the impro-noise scene: Japanese vocal performer and noisician Kazehito Seki and Paolo Gaiba Riva. Seki’s experiments are site-specific live perfomances that combine the organic materials and catalysts of his body, mind, extended voice, amplification, feedback through re-amplification, room acoustics, and creates an observation on what noise music can be.

Noise Delivery was inspired by many formats of several European underground festivals, with the aim of creating a scene opposed to lyrical music. It all started in Cafè des Arts, Turin, where many artists of the impro-free-noise scene brought their performances, therefore creating a dense network of improv artists through the years.
