RBL and its community stand in solidarity with the Ukrainian people, with special thoughts to our collaborators who live in the areas of Donbass, Donetsk and Lugansk and who are currently living on their skin the consequences of the absurdity of armed conflict, just like many others in the country.
Since 2015 the collective or artists-refugees Lugansk Contemporary Diaspora promotes artistic projects investigating through various media the war-fuelled issues and social dynamics. In these days the members of the collective from these areas are thrown back into war zone and their lives are at risk.
We stand close to them and wish them to return soon to a peaceful and safe life.
